Both the Board of Directors, the Advisory- and Investment Board are composed of distinguished figures from the defence and aerospace industry. The majority of key personnel have served as officers in various armed forces. They bring extensive experience as C-level executives in leading European & International defence enterprises as well as backgrounds in investment banking. The senior management team has single transactions experience in the defence industry up to US$ 500m and fund experience.
